The service team has been extremely helpful to me. They helped me secure payment plans, cut costs in my bill, and spent hours fighting to get repairs covered under my *Audi used car warranty(bought it at Audi). They saved me THOUSANDS, yes it still cost more than I can make in a months work but as a 23 year old retail worker their team has been a blessing. I had all my tires, all brakes, and rear calipers replaced and they saved me half the bill and set me up with a plan to pay off the rest. I also replaced my timing belt+tensioner and they got the warranty provider to cover the tensioner , even though the warranty normally won't cover timing belt anything so thats another huge save $500 instead of $1300 My brakes were suddenly very choppy yesterday so I pulled into Nucar honda and despite how busy they clearly were Paul acknowledged me and helped me out quickly after finishing up with another client. They found a pebble lodged in the caliper and fixed it before I finished my lunch with a 0.00 bill and a perfect car after only 2 hours, great service team! also I would like to mention Sam who went above and beyond by calling Affirm and fixing their mistake allowing me to make affordable payments.

Five stars isn't a high enough rating for Boch (Nucar) Honda West! After the fiasco I had at the Honda Dealership in Nashua, I called around and found this dealership with availability. They arranged a rental for me, took care of all the recall issues and installed a trailer hitch, transmission cooler and 7 pin trailer wiring. They did a stellar job! They also incorrectly quoted me the job. The quote was for hundreds of dollars less than it should have been and they admitted it and owned it. I was shocked but pleased that they didn't try to pressure me to pay more. Because of this, I will now be a repeat customer. This is the sort of customer service that builds relationships and earns loyalty. Shout out to William, my service adviser. Very friendly and professional. He made this whole service experience a breeze!
